Smurf DOOM v 0.2
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
By Lee Campbell & Daniel Blair-Johns
Last Revision: July 23rd, 1994
Smurfs are the proper Trademark of their company, whoever that is...
Discription: Small and Smurfy Add-on for DOOM where the Barrels are replaced
by a Smurf tied up with TNT!!
DISCLAIMER: Do not run this program while in Deathmatch, you could end up
laughing so much you have to go take a wiz and will get shot
to hell by the other players.. :)
Note: If you wish to send any comments/questions/complaints or the
customary lawsuit for copyright infringment, Daniel Blair-Johns
can be reached on FidoNet via 1:250/524.
How to Install -
To Install the graphics & sounds to DOOM, simply type SMURFY.BAT in
the DOOM directory, make sure you have the .GIF & .WAV files in a sub-
directory off of DOOM called SMURF, e.g. C:\DOOM\SMURF, this is where the
program will look for it's files.
Program Information -
Not really a program but a simple nifty Add-On for DOOM, this just
Requires a version of DOOM, preferably 1.2 or higher. Registered or not
it doesn't matter. Included in the archive are the latest versions of
DMGraph and DMAud that I could find and nothing should really be screwed
up badly, maybe except for your mind after you go crazy and bust a gut
laughing at these gigantic Smurfs.
Author Information -
Lee Campbell (Artist)
Lee drew the great pictures of the Smurf tied up with the TNT, and one
of these days he'll might actually shrink them down to a less abnormal
size... :)
Daniel Blair-Johns (Artist, Recorder)
Daniel provided the explosions for Smurf DOOM along with the great Audio
Clip for the new barrel explosion.
Version Notes -
v 0.2 - Changed a small little problem with the picture.
v 0.1 - The original Smurf DOOM step one.
